Jiangsu Xingrui Pipe Co., Ltd. Was incorporated in May 5, 2011, the predecessor of company was Jingjiang Xing Fa M&E Co., Ltd. Which was incorporated in 1988, our company is located in the new harbor city-Jingjiang, and the open port city of Nantong in the east, Xinchang Railway in the west, the Yangtze River Dock for maritime transport about 10000-ton in the south, and the first-class high way of Ningtong in the north, which is enjoying convenient water &land transportation and good operation environment. Our company has started to develop and manufacture general steel, special steel, Metallurgical products etc since 2002. And has already owed the good market. The oxygen melt stick which has got the national patent. Mainly be suited for Foundry Trade. It is enjoying special effect in disintegrating casting\perforation\armspruecut\cleaning sand. Which is 4-5 times higher than ordinary processing efficiency, and praised by the majority of users.

The oxygen lance pipe is used to blow oxygen in furnace steel-making, developed by the S series of products. It combines the actual need of making-steel in EAF, easily operate, less consumption, high refractoriness.

The coated oxygen pipe is the latest development of the new products, based the general welded oxygen lance pipe. And it was tested repeatedly by the metallurgical experts. It is a synthesis of various high temperature materials. Automatically coated and shaped by mechanical press, then natural dryness or drying, This oxygen pipe is mainly used for blowing oxygen to burn in EAF\decarbonization\stir and it can keep excellent thermo stability. This product belongs to slightly alkaline. And it is quite harmless for any steel grade and furnace body.

Calorized refractory oxygen lance pipe(PS series), the PS series is composed of five layers as steel pipe\calorizing inside and outside\coating inside and outside, and developed by the S series of products. It combines the actual need of steel-making in EAF, easily operate, less consumption, high refractoriness. Its mainly use:

1. Blowing oxygen or other gas into EAF.

2. Injection of powder additive to adjust/refine the steel composition.

3. Clean slag from converter.

4. Special purpose which requires high refractoriness, anti-oxidation, anti- sulphurization, anti- erison.
